Trust your truth.
From the time we're born we receive messages about what it means to live well, often dictated by rigid rules and quick fixes designed to tell us who we should be with the promise of finally being happy.
The reality is these rigid rules and quick fixes aren't giving us what we actually need. They keep us small, confined, and diminish our real power and potential.
What if we could experiment with a different way of being? One that embraces flexibility over rigidity, curiosity over control, courage over comfort, and embracing over resisting...
...to build self-trust and bring us home to ourselves.
We help motivated women create a life of intention and reconnect to their intuition, power, and purpose.
We provide the space, the guidance, the permission and the relationship necessary to increase your capacity to flow through life more intentionally through visioning, creative brainstorming, goal-setting, and accountability.

A Lesson From The Lotus...
The spirit of Awaken Coaching is rooted in the symbolic transformation of the lotus from seed to flower. The seed grows roots only when planted firmly in the mud; we take a lesson from the lotus when we view the mud as part of the process in embracing the person we are meant to be.
When we live our lives rooted in the essence of who we are, we are able to view life’s challenges not as obstacles that get in our way, but as some of our greatest opportunities for enlightenment and growth. By becoming self-aware of the roots of who we are we move through the mud, rather than feeling stuck in it. When we can identify characteristics within ourselves and our environment that are empowering, liberating, and health-giving we too can awaken as the lotus does when it blooms to live a meaningful, connected, and joyful life.
